Tour Conditions:

These tours involve travel in remote areas and Aussie Airways reserve the right to alter itineraries, transport services, change of aircraft or accommodation as necessitated by weather or other operational conditions prevailing, to ensure the operation of the tour. Any personal expenses incurred by the passenger as a result of any delay, alteration or curtailment of any tour, are the responsibility of the passenger. Aussie Airways does not guarantee exact arrival and departure times and is not liable for failure to make connections with any other service, or guarantee the operation of any particular service.

Minimum Passenger Numbers:

Generally a minimum of 2 passengers is required before a tour is confirmed for a set date, otherwise passengers are on standby until others are booked on that date. However tours will run with less numbers if required at a quoted price.
